Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced
Receptionist
for one of our well-established clients based in Macroom, Co.
Cork.
The main responsibilities for this role will be to assist with the everyday reception and front office duties in a busy hotel / guesthouse environment.
REQUIREMENTS
2 Years Reception experience in a busy hotel / guesthouse environment essential for the role
Experience with taking bookings, organising itineraries, transport and working with tour groups
Familiar and experienced with hotel CRM's and online booking systems
Previous experience with administration duties from a hospitality background considered an advantage
Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills with a polite and professional manner
Flexible attitude with working hours as predominantly 7.30AM – 4.30PM / 9AM – 6PM / 11AM – 8PM to include weekends and bank holidays
Computer Literate
PACKAGE ON OFFER
Competitive Salary of €32,000 – €35,000 dependent on experience
Meals on duty and free parking
