Role Overview
We are looking to hire junior/Graduate engineer (Energy, Mechanical, or Building Services) to join our team in providing regulatory compliance assessments on residential and commercial projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct or assist with:
* Building compliance Test Reporting
* BER assessments and DEAP calculations
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Compile reports and compliance documentation
* Communicate effectively with site teams and clients
* M&E Design
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate in Energy, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Good understanding of building services
* Willingness to work in Office
Desirable
* Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations (Parts L, F, E, M, B)
* DEAP/SAP Software Experience
* Energy modelling software experience
* ACAD Experience
