Job Title:
Regional Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell company products and services to trade and retail customers across the assigned region.
* Process customer orders received online, by phone, and in person.
* Provide expert advice, product knowledge, and technical support to customers.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Work towards and achieve agreed sales revenue targets.
* Act as a brand ambassador for the company in the region.

Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
* Knowledge of welding, engineering, or related industries is desirable.
* A background or interest in agriculture, retail, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service is necessary.
