We're looking for a driven
Territory Manager
to lead growth across our Urology & Gynaecology portfolio. If you have a
clinical background (nursing, science, allied health)
or
experience in
medical device sales
, and you love building relationships and supporting clinicians, this role is a great match.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow your territory, hitting sales and growth targets
* Build strong partnerships with surgeons, nurses, urologists, gynaecologists & procurement teams
* Deliver product demos, education, and in-theatre support
* Identify new opportunities and stay across market trends
* Collaborate with marketing, clinical education & customer service
* Ensure compliance and keep CRM data accurate
What You Bring
* Medical device sales experience
or
clinical/healthcare background with commercial ambition
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence working in hospital and theatre environments
* Self-driven, organised, and able to manage a busy territory
* Driver's licence + willingness to travel
