Member and Digitisation Support Executive– Dublin 2

Osborne are delighted to be partnering with a leading membership organisation in the recruitment of a Member and Digitisation Support Executive.

The Member and Digitisation Support Executive will serve as the primary contact for members, delivering high-quality support and guidance to help them apply best practices within their profession. The role will also be instrumental in driving the organisation's digital strategy, supporting policy development, and contributing to the creation of data-driven insights and resources that strengthen member value.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin 2 based on site 3 to 4 days per week. The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience in data analytics and reporting using Microsoft dynamics and Power BI. You will have experience in analysing and model data to generate clear, accessible insights and surveys. It requires the ability to extract complex technical information into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences, all while meeting deadlines. Strong communication is needed with excellent writing ability and an interest in digital transformation and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

* Act as liaison and first point of contact for members, addressing queries on professional practice and standards.:
* Support with professional standards and codes of practice
* Directing for advice on technical and policy matters including digitisation, sustainability, and general regulations.
* Assistance with gaining access to SCSI member digital tools and platforms, including use of the SCSI Rebuild Calculator.
* Responding to urgent queries and providing backup support to reception staff when required. Monitor changes impacting members and support the development of practical guidance and resources.
* Draft policies, guidelines, and member communications on digitisation, sustainability, and related programmes. Policy & Research
* Contribute to research and policy projects, supporting the production of data-driven submissions, reports, and publications
* Digital Strategy & Programme Support.

Requirements of the role:

* Third-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., policy, communications, digital transformation, data analysis, or related discipline).
* Previous experience in a membership organisation, professional body, or similar environment is desirable.
* Experience in drafting policy documents, reports, or guidance materials.
* Competence in digital tools, CRM platforms, and survey design/analysis.
* Knowledge of digitisation, sustainability, or professional standards (advantageous but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong writing and editing skills.
