Due to expanding growth we are seeking a Junior Health & Safety Officer / Administrator.
This role is ideal for someone starting or developing their career in occupational health and safety who has a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail.
You will assist with health and safety documentation, data entry, audits, training coordination, along with the assisting of complying BCMS handover files.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Health & Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
* Assist in coordinating safety training sessions and keeping training logs up to date.
* Prepare and distribute safety communications and reports.
* Assist in complying BCMS Handover Files at the end of projects
* Provide general administrative support to the H&S team.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an administrative (experience in H&S or compliance is an advantage).
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, and databases).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Successful candidate to start January 2026.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
