Enterprise Risk Analyst (Aviation Leasing) Our client is a global leader in aviation finance, renowned for connecting capital with customers to transform aviation and deliver the economic and social benefits of global travel. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as an Enterprise Risk Analyst. Based in Dublin City Centre, this 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) offers hybrid working arrangements (4 days in the office and 1 day WFH). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Risk Team, ensuring robust risk management and compliance processes while collaborating across various business functions. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with shareholder reporting obligations, including coordinating audits and developing annual controls testing strategies Continuously evaluate, update, and optimise controls, recommending automation where appropriate Coordinate the controls testing process with internal and external auditors Support the internal audit process by providing insights, facilitating questions, and advising on process improvements and risks Manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems while leading specific initiatives that impact cross-functional business areas Requirements Third-level education in Finance, Economics, or a related field ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred Minimum 5 years' of post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, risk and controls standards, and business process best practices Proven ability to identify and implement efficiencies and enhancements in processes and controls.
