EH&S Specialist Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team as an EH&S Specialist. As a key member, you will actively support the site EHS Management program under the direction of the Site EHS Leader and serve as a backup resource when needed.
* Engage employees at all levels from frontline workers to senior leadership to improve EHS performance through risk reduction.
* Conduct inspections, assessments, and audits to analyze site compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulatory standards at the local, national & company level.
* Partner with the site to execute incident management investigations including Good Observations, Near Misses, Injuries/Illnesses, Environmental incidents and successfully identify root causes & contributing factors, assign corrective & preventative actions, and track actions to closure to prevent reoccurrence.
