Key Responsibilities Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
Review subcontractor Safety Statements and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).
Carry out regular site inspections and audits across projects.
Ensure compliance with current legislative health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Maintain accurate records of statutory inspections for plant, fleet, equipment, and site activities.
Coordinate, prepare, and issue project-specific Health & Safety Plans.
Support the implementation of the companys Environmental, Health & Safety Statement.
Manage statutory notifications to the Health & Safety Authority, including incident and accident reports.
Attend and contribute to internal and external EHS meetings.
Ensure correct use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Provide guidance to site management on drafting and reviewing RAMS.
