Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and commercial skills to engage with customers and partners, understand their needs, and offer innovative Identity Security solutions from One Identity. The position is based in Cork, focusing on UK and Ireland markets, primarily an inside sales role with occasional travel to the UK & Ireland regions.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership: Drive sales of One Identity products through channel partners within UK and Ireland.
2. Region Development: Use your expertise to grow the region and establish a market presence.
3. Territory Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies.
4. Partnership Development: Build relationships with local partners for mutual success.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and address customers' business challenges.
6. Channel Account Management: Manage accounts, plan strategies, and forecast sales accurately.
7. Sales Execution: Lead prospecting, sales activities, and closing deals following a structured process.
8. Relationship Building: Maintain strong business relationships and execute targeted account plans.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with BDRs, technical pre-sales, and marketing teams to drive sales.
This role is part of the EMEA Sales Team, reporting to the EMEA Inside Sales Director.
Qualifications
* Experience: 2+ years in SaaS/Cybersecurity channel sales or business development.
* Language: Native Fluent English.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
* Methodology: Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology and readiness to implement it daily.
* Drive & Track Record: Highly motivated, target-driven, with proven sales success.
* Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
* Relationship Management: Skilled in managing relationships and open to feedback.
* Leadership: Capable of providing direction and collaborating effectively at the executive level.
