Key Responsibilities
* Manage the operations function of generating assets, ensuring alignment with maintenance teams and customer instructions.
* Develop and implement a resource plan for the operations team to 2030 and beyond.
* Lead the engagement planning process for the operations function, ensuring an action plan is developed and implemented.

Requirements
* BSc in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
* 10 years plus experience in a similar role.
* Excellent people management skills required.
