We are now inviting applications for the position of Donegal Culinary Lead, a key regional leadership role responsible for overseeing catering operations across our Donegal homes.

The Role
* Lead catering operations across multiple homes
* Implement and standardise catering policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, EHO, HIQA and internal quality standards
* Manage Opex and labour budgets across sites
* Deliver monthly performance and food cost analysis reports
* Drive menu development, seasonal updates and product rollouts
* Oversee food safety audits and continuous improvement plans
* Collaborate with Nursing Management and HR on recruitment, training and performance management
* Support event coordination including Christmas, BBQs and cultural initiatives
* Champion innovation and corporate catering projects
* Candidate must be passionate about food, and strives after food quality and plate satisfaction
About You
* Qualified Chef with a Catering/Hospitality qualification
* Minimum 5 years' senior catering management experience in a multi-site setting
* Healthcare catering experience desirable
* Strong financial acumen and reporting capability
* Proven ability to lead and develop large teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* MS Office proficient
