Insurance Sales Coordinator

This role is a mix of sales, leadership, and administrative duties, with a strong focus on both Commercial business.
1. You'll be responsible for hitting your own sales targets while also coordinating sales activities within the office.
2. This involves tasks like prospecting for new clients, up-selling, and cross-selling existing products.
3. A key part of the role is managing the team’s performance — you’ll work closely with the Sales Advisors, motivating and coaching them to achieve their goals.
4. You’ll be handling customer queries, assisting with initial claims, managing the office’s day-to-day tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in coordination with the Branch Manager.
Requirements
* You’ll need to work towards or already have industry qualifications like APA or CIP.
* The role requires strong leadership abilities (not a must) since you’ll be guiding and supporting the Sales Office team, helping them reach their full potential.
