We are seeking
dedicated and compassionate Social Care Workers
to join our respite team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with
Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support to individuals in a respite setting.
Facilitate social and community activities, ensuring each person's preferences and needs are met.
Safely drive the service vehicle to and from community outings, appointments, and activities.
Implement and uphold Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.
Maintain accurate records, daily notes, and reports.
To carry out all cleaning duties as directed.
Essential Requirements:
Social Care Qualification or CORU registration.
Full manual driving licence and willingness to drive the service vehicle (Manual Car).
Experience supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Hours:
Flexible to work regular rostered shifts (days, nights, weekends, etc.) alongside permanent staff.
