Job Title: Water Infrastructure Project Manager
Job Description:
This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of water network improvements in Wicklow and Kildare. The successful candidate will lead a program of work to deliver new and upgrade existing water mains, as well as rehabilitation techniques and leakage repair.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with contractors to ensure projects comply with contracts and legislation.
* Liaise with local authorities to deliver projects.
* Conduct health, safety, quality, and environmental audits and manage HSQE issues.
* Process work orders and service requests.
* Update project trackers and review As Laid drawings.
* Work with design engineers to clarify project requirements.
* Address complaints and provide feedback.
* Attend meetings and keep accurate records.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* At least 5 years' experience in onsite supervision and site engineering of civil engineering works, including water projects.
* A degree in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering.
* Strong writing and record-keeping skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
* A current SafePass card and Confined Spaces training desirable.
You should possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Some travel may be involved.
