Overview
This is a unique opportunity to be a pivotal member of the Monzo EU team based in Dublin.
As a key member managing and maintaining the site you'll be at the heart of all things engagement, culture & community in our Dublin office.
You'll focus on bringing Monzo magic to the forefront of a Monzonauts experience, whether they're based in the office, visiting or working remotely.
No two days are alike as you're responsible not only for running the office, but also new employee onboarding, company events and engagement strategy.
We collaborate throughout the business to achieve great things for our Monzonauts that keep them safe and satisfied.
Responsibilities
Working closely with our building/office management teams to ensure Monzonauts are feeling engaged and working effectively to make the office a delightful and safe place to be.
Overseeing any local site moves and the logistics associated with this.
Welcoming our new starters in the office by making their first day as magical as possible while also ensuring they have all the information they need to set them up for success.
Listening and responding to feedback from the office based team, and using data to improve processes and documentation to enhance the office experience.
Being responsible for all on-site health and safety and environmental reporting responsibilities for the site.
Facilitating events, socials and perks in the office and working with our office teams to ensure consistency for office events.
Supporting our EU leadership team & People team to ensure a smooth onboarding process right up to day one, including right to work checks.
Qualifications
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You're calm under pressure and have a positive attitude.
You're resilient and tenacious in your approach to getting things done.
You have strong problem solving skills and are able to context switch with ease.
You have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise time sensitive workloads.
You're not afraid to ask questions to gather the context you need to work autonomously.
You have the ability to work well independently & work collaboratively as part of a team to get things done.
You have fluency in macOS, Slack, and GSuite tools and the ability to adapt to learn new systems and processes.
You have a heart for People: You create fantastic employee experiences and nurture an inclusive environment.
You're a Monzo ambassador: you embody our culture and values, ensuring they shine through in every interaction.

?? This role will be based in our Dublin office.
? We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.
?? Annual Leave - 34 days including public holidays (24 holiday days + 10 public holidays)
?? €1,200 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences.
?? Pension scheme: the minimum contribution is 4% and Monzo matches any additional contributions that you make up to a maximum of 6%.
?? Wellbeing benefits: financial education, women's and men's health support, mental health benefits, including coaching and counselling.

The process involves a call with a member of our Hiring team, an initial call with the Hiring Manager followed by a take-home task, and a final role-specific and behavioural interview.
This should take around 4–6 weeks.
