The Job Design and develop new products and manufacturing processes Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and drawings Develop and validate test methods and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ, V&V) Use statistical tools (DOE) to support process development Prepare SOPs, protocols, and technical reports Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 years' experience in R&D or process development in regulated industry Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills Experience with validation and technical documentation This position is full-time and permanent.
