WexfordApply to: Manager – Role OverviewFarrell Fitness is looking for a motivated and energetic S&C coach to join our team on a part-time basis. This role includes:Coaching group S&C classes (from high-performance HYROX training to our inclusive Early Onset Parkinson's (EOPD) group)Delivering one-to-one sessionsMaintaining a clean and professional training environmentSocial mediaWeekly/monthly reporting to ManagerThe ideal candidate brings personality, pride, and a strong work ethic—whether coaching, cleaning, or supporting the team.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Client Support· Lead engaging S&C, classes across a variety of programs, including HYROX, our Early Onset Parkinson's group, Social Inclusion Group and others.· Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions tailored to client needs.· Build relationships with members through guidance, encouragement, and accountability.· Promote gym services (programs, PT, events) when relevant.Cleaning & Maintenance· Keep the gym floor, equipment, and facilities spotless.· Complete assigned cleaning duties during shifts (machines, floors, bathrooms, weights).· Treat cleaning as an essential part of the coaching role with pride and consistency.· Report any maintenance issues promptly.Team Contribution, Social Media & Reporting· Represent Farrell Fitness values: hard work, care, and energy.· Support gym social media with updates, ideas, and content.· Provide weekly and monthly reports to the manager on activity, attendance, and contributions.· Take initiative and support the wider team, including events and cover.What We're Looking For· Strong coaching ability and a genuine passion for helping people.· High energy and positive personality—someone who lifts the room.· Reliable, punctual, and professional.· Pride in high standards—sees presentation and cleaning as part of the role.· Initiative-driven and flexible across all areas of gym operations.Hours & Pay· Approx. 20 hours per week (mix of classes, one-to-one sessions, cleaning, social media, and reporting).· Exact schedule agreed with management.· Opportunities to increase hours and responsibilities over time.· Pay: Competitive, DOE (depending on experience).Why Join Farrell Fitness?Farrell Fitness isn't just a gym—it's a community.
