Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including floor management, customer service, and staff scheduling.Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies, food, and beverages.Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams for menu planning, promotions, and events.Create a positive work environment and maintain high employee engagement.Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, sales, and labor.Job Type: Full-timePay: €29,914.62-€49,830.08 per yearWork Location: In person
