Office Manager - Maynooth
Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for an
Office Manager
to keep our operations running smoothly and support our HR team during an exciting transition to a new innovation hub.
Our company is a global engineering and construction partner delivering cutting-edge projects in sectors like data centres, advanced manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
We pride ourselves on speed, safety, and quality, creating spaces that power the future.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and vendor coordination.
Support the relocation to our new Leixlip Innovation Hub.
Maintain accurate records and assist with HR documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, on boarding, and employee queries.
Organise meetings, events, and training sessions.
About You
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in HR support.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
