Job Description
We are seeking a professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.
As part of this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver assignments in general corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory. You will also have opportunities for continuous learning and development as you work on diverse engagements.
Key Responsibilities
* Originate, lead, and manage M&A transactions end-to-end.
* Collaborate effectively as a team member and update senior members on progress.
* Understand client requirements and co-develop approach to deliver value through insights and advice.
* Plan, prepare, and review deliverables including information memoranda, reports, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in the Corporate Finance landscape with emphasis on M&A Lead Advisory and end-to-end transaction experience.
* Effective communication with key stakeholders.
* High commercial acumen.
* Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and identifying sensitivity.
