Due to continued growth and new project awards, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Drogheda. The Role:
• Deliver construction projects on time and to the highest standards
• Report directly to the contracts manager and project director
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation
• Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure H&S compliance
• Oversee labour organisation and subcontractor coordination
• Liaise with engineers, review construction drawings, and survey sites
• Play an active role in contract negotiations
The Person:
• Previous experience as a Site Manager with new build projects (essential)
• Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods
• Self-motivated with excellent team-building skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability
• Relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification
