The successful candidate will work closely with our Partner in our Naas offices, contributing to the growth and development of the Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring company annual returns and ensuring timely submission.
* Filing company annual returns and maintaining accurate records.
* Preparing company minutes and other documentation as required.
* Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team members.
* Attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
