Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced
HVAC Supervisor
for a
pharmaceutical construction project
in Limerick. This is a
contract role
, responsible for managing and supervising all HVAC works, including contractors and specialist sub-contractors, to ensure timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover.
* Assist the Mechanical Lead with constructability reviews and planning sessions with Client and Design Teams.
* Ensure projects are adequately resourced with skilled personnel, plant, tools, and temporary facilities.
* Engage with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers.
* Adhere to site SOPs, health and safety regulations, and project Quality Plan criteria.
* Direct and manage assigned staff and subcontractors.
* Review contractor progress reports and provide input for project reporting.
* Record and share lessons learned, and encourage innovation and best practice.
Requirements / Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor on
pharmaceutical, life sciences, or large-scale mechanical projects
.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and site supervision practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Understanding of
Irish construction health and safety regulations
.
* Ability to manage multiple contractors, schedules, and quality standards.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
