They are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Secretary to provide dedicated, confidential support to their senior leadership team. This is a rare opportunity for a C-suite level Executive Assistant/Secretary to relocate to the Middle East and work within a prestigious healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive secretarial support to C-suite and senior leadership
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, and schedules across multiple time zones
* Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
* Coordinate international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
* Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
* Proactively manage priorities in a fast-paced, executive environment
Essential Criteria (Mandatory)
* Sole British citizenship (no dual or second nationality), due to client compliance and security requirements
* Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant at C-suite level
* Proven background supporting senior executives in confidential, professional environments
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
* Healthcare background is advantageous
