UX Lead - Day Rate Contract, Flexible workingContract ¦¦ Dublin ¦¦ HybridTechHeads is excited to bring you a new opportunity for an experienced UX Lead to join an established Irish organisation to assist with a digital modernisation project. This role will give you the opportunity to be a key part of the redesign of a platform viewed by large volumes of people on a daily basis.This role will involve auditing the current website products, developing end-to-end UX-focused strategies and working with key stake holders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of the project. Allowing you to work on a nationally significant project where you will have a high ownership and influence over design processes and methodologies.This is a new position within the organisation, available on a 12 month day rate contract, allowing you to establish yourself in the role and put your own stamp on website products that are used by a wide audience. It offers excellent work life balance with a hybrid working model consisting of 2 days onsite work per week in Dublin.Requirements:4+ years experience designing and delivering digital strategies.4+ years experience managing website products.Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams.5+ years experience with web analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.Candidates must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.Competitive day rates available.If you would like to be considered for this position, please share a copy of your updated CV to
