Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with HACCP and customer standards
· Oversee staff training, internal audits, and compliance reporting
· Manage food safety, quality, and customer specifications for all products
· Approve labels and artwork for compliance with food legislation
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions
· Manage product and environmental testing and report performance trends
· Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare for audits and inspections
· Provide technical support to production teams and supervise lab operations
· Stay up to date with relevant food safety legislation and update processes as required
What You'll Need:
· Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
· Proven experience in a senior quality or technical role within the food sector
· Strong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and food law compliance
Excellent leadership, communication
