Office Administrator (Part-Time) – Growing Plumbing Company
Hours: 1–2 days per week (with potential to grow)

We're a busy and expanding plumbing company looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our small team. The role is currently part-time (1–2 days per week), with the potential for hours to increase as the business continues to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating and sending invoices
* Tracking payments and ensuring invoices are paid on time
* Cross-checking invoices with materials and completed jobs
* Issuing PO numbers to plumbers
* Paying suppliers
* General admin tasks and data entry
* Keeping accurate records and assisting with day-to-day office duties
What we're looking for:
* Strong attention to detail
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Basic accounting or admin experience preferred
* Comfortable using computers and software (Excel, email, invoicing platforms)
