We are partnering with a highly respected Dublin-based architectural practice with over 30 years of industry experience across hospitality, residential, workplace, commercial, cultural, and mixed-use sectors.
The studio is known for its collaborative design ethos, sustainability-focused approach, and delivery of thoughtful, context driven architecture across Ireland.
Their portfolio includes a wide variety of completed and in progress developments throughout Ireland; including hospitality and leisure schemes, residential and mixed-use projects, workplace environments, and conservation led interventions
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Graduate Architect with 1 years post-Masters experience and proven exposure to Irish building projects to join their expanding team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an established practice delivering projects from concept through construction, including planning, technical design, interiors, and sitestage coordination.
The studio's multidisciplined expertise spans architecture, interior design, design certification, assigned certifier roles, accessibility compliance, and project management; offering an exceptional career development path.

This opportunity sits within a close-knit team in a collaborative and design-driven studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to concept development, planning documentation, detailed design and construction drawings.
Support senior architects across multiple Irish project stages and typologies.
Assist with presentations, design reports, regulatory documentation and technical detailing.
Participate in internal design reviews, studio workshops, project meetings and site visits.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
Requirements
Master's degree in Architecture (RIAI/ARB/RIBA pathway)
Minimum 1 years post Masters postgraduate experience.
Demonstrated experience working on Irish building projects.
Strong conceptual design abilities with technical awareness.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Strong communication, organisation and collaborative skills.
A passion for high-quality, thoughtful, and contextually sensitive design.
