Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Test Team Lead to drive test delivery within a large-scale, complex programme environment. This role will operate as a key part of the test leadership structure, supporting the Test Manager while taking ownership of day-to-day test execution, team leadership, and quality assurance across multiple workstreams.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong capability in developing and coordinating end-to-end testing activities, ensuring alignment across FAT, SAT, SIT and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and supporting pilot and go‑live phases.This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring strong delivery focus, team management, and the ability to operate within a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder programme.The role is primarily onsite, with a requirement to be in the office five days per week, along with some travel as required.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Execution & DeliveryLead and coordinate day‑to‑day testing activities across assigned workstreamsEnsure test cases are designed, reviewed, and executed to a high standardEnsure full traceability to requirementsOversee execution across testing phases (FAT, SAT, SIT)Support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT)Support pilot and go‑live testing phasesTest Management & ControlTrack test progress, defects, and quality metricsManage defect lifecycle including triage and resolution trackingEnsure test environments, data, and dependencies are alignedIdentify and escalates risks and issues impacting deliveryTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and support Test Analysts / QA EngineersAllocate work effectively and manage prioritiesDrive high performance across the team, including managing underperformance and supporting strong performersPromote best practices and continuous improvementStakeholder & Programme AlignmentWork closely with Test Manager, Project Managers, and delivery teamsAct as key interface between testing and delivery teamsProvide clear status reporting to stakeholdersEnsure alignment with programme timelines and milestonesRequirementsTesting & Delivery ExperienceProven experience in a Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst role within complex programme environmentsStrong experience across FAT, SAT, SITExperience supporting ORT, pilot, and go‑live phasesTools & MethodsStrong experience with JIRA or equivalent toolsUnderstanding of test management frameworks and traceabilityTeam LeadershipExperience leading test teams in structured environmentsAbility to manage workload, priorities, and team performanceDelivery EnvironmentExperience working in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder programmes with tight timelinesEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldBenefitsHolidays: 24 days per annum + Irish bank holidays (options to buy/sell days)Pension – 7% employee and 7% employerPrivate medical insurance (including dental & optical)Flexible/hybrid working optionsCharitable initiativesLearning and development programsTravel & expense allowancesInnovative & collaborative work environmentIndra is an equal employment opportunity employer.
