Care Manager Required
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and support of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day services, residential services, respite care, and home support. You will work closely with service users, staff, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Day Services: Oversee the delivery of daily activities and programs, promoting socialization, education, and personal growth.
* Residential Support: Provide individualized support to service users in their homes, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
* Respite Care: Offer short-term relief to families and caregivers, providing temporary care and support.
* Home Support: Deliver personalized support services within the comfort of the service user's own home.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or relevant qualification;
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities;
* Proven managerial skills with a minimum of three years' experience at a management level;
* Full manual driving license.
