The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business and converting prospects into long-term clients across our dual service offering:

* Growth & Marketing Services: (PPC, SEO, CRO, Content, Paid Social, Email)
* Product & Technology Services: (Web builds, UX, Systems Integration, Automation, Development Support)

You will own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, deep discovery, proposal creation, and closing. This role requires presenting Howl as a high-impact partner capable of accelerating both commercial performance and product/technology outcomes.

This is the ideal role for a driven, structured, and commercially minded individual with a strong numerical ability and the confidence to discuss both performance marketing metrics and technical solution architecture with C-suite and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities: New Business Generation & Pipeline Ownership

* Proactively identify, target, and pursue new opportunities across key sectors (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, Professional Services, B2B Growth).
* Drive consistent, focused outbound activity using LinkedIn, email, phone, and strategic event networking.
* Effectively qualify leads to clearly define growth goals, technical needs, and commercial criteria.

Consultative Discovery & Solution Pitching

* Deeply understand each prospect's unique commercial goals, product challenges, technology stack, and customer experience bottlenecks.
* Confidently pitch Howl's integrated approach: Marketing + Product + Technology.
* Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., API integrations, automation opportunities, data flow issues, platform limitations) directly into their quantifiable commercial and growth impacts.

Deal Management & Internal Collaboration

* Develop clear proposals, detailed scopes of work, and pricing structures, working closely with our marketing and technical leadership teams.
* Maintain rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM discipline.
* Bring market and prospect insights back into the Howl senior team to shape future service offerings and positioning.

Your ProfileExperience

* 2+ years of success in a sales, business development, or similar commercial role.
* Prior experience selling marketing services, SaaS, digital solutions, or other tech-enabled professional services is a significant advantage.
* A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding defined revenue targets.

Skills & Attributes

* Self-Driven: Comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, highly autonomous, and owns their results.
* Numerically Sharp: Fluent in discussing metrics that matter; ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and budget allocation with confidence.
* Technically Curious: Able to quickly understand and articulate how technology, UX, and systems integrations affect a client's ability to scale.
* Commercial Communicator: Exceptionally clear, concise, and persuasive; able to explain complex, blended solutions simply.
* Process Disciplined: Excellent organisational skills, follow-through, and rigorous pipeline management.
* Strategic Thinker: Capable of diagnosing a client's problem and matching it to a solution that spans both our marketing and technology capabilities.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 3-6 months, the Account Executive will have achieved the following:

* Established a steady, predictable outbound pipeline.
* Successfully pitched and defended Howl's integrated marketing and technical competencies to multiple decision-makers.
* Closed consistent new business across both service lines (Marketing and Product/Tech).
* Provided meaningful market feedback to the senior team, helping to refine Howl's commercial positioning.
