Procurement Manager
on behalf of a leading and rapidly growing company based in Co.
Mayo.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join a dynamic organisation and take ownership of the full procurement function while working closely with senior management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full procurement process across the business
Using and improving internal procurement and stock management systems
Expanding supplier networks and developing strong supplier relationships
Negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Coordinating procurement activities with production, design, and site teams
Managing inventory and maintaining optimal stock levels
Preparing weekly procurement trackers and monthly management reports
Managing purchasing and stores personnel
Monitoring procurement costs and ensuring efficient supply chain operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer role
Experience within construction, manufacturing, or off-site manufacturing desirable
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
Experience with procurement, stock control, and planning systems
Strong reporting and communication skills
Ability to manage and support teams effectively
