Employees ofAgora Publishing Irelandservice a large domestic and international client base.We currently have an exciting job opportunity for anAccounts Payable Specialiston a full or part time basis, reporting directly to theAccounts Payable Team Lead.Start date for the role ismid to late January 2026.Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:Manage accounts payable function for multiple legal entities including processing invoices in P2P system, applying GL coding, routing to approvers to ensure appropriate approvals of all invoicesManage the AP Inboxes and deal with AP related queriesRun monthly payment runs and bank processing in multiple currenciesReview, posting and payment of employee out of pocket expensesPerform Credit card reconciliations and ensure approval of credit cards by managersMonth end close activities, including accrual and prepayment reconciliationsAssist GL team with queries & reconciliationWhat We Look For In Our EmployeesHard-working,Energetic,Accountable,Value individuality, opportunity & respect,Trustworthy,Adaptable to change.Requirements & CompetenciesA minimum of at least 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable or finance roleStrong attention to detail with ability toprioritiseand organise workflowExperience using accountancy packages, preferably Netsuite and Concur, an advantageAbility to consistently follow outlined procedures, as well as develop new and improved processesApproach all activities with a continuous improvement mindset utilising automation & AI where possibleProficiency in data entry and the use of word, excelExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work on your own initiative and as part of a team supporting othersAdaptable, driven with a positive attitudeWe offer a competitive salary & benefits package to the right candidate.
