Tech support Analyst months
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled
IT Support Engineer
to provide application and system support across our clinets technology environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, supporting scheduled jobs, and assisting with system improvements and automation.
This is a 12 motnth day rate contract likely to be extended and requires 1-2 days a week onsite
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day technical support and incident resolution
* Perform IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* Monitor and support scheduled jobs using
UC4 / Automic
* Work with
SQL
to investigate data-related issues
* Support and maintain applications running on
WebLogic
* Use
UNIX/Linux and shell scripting
for system support and automation
* Assist with
Docker
-based environments
* Identify opportunities for
workflow automation and process improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in IT troubleshooting and problem resolution
* Hands-on experience with
UC4 / Automic job scheduling
* Working knowledge of
SQL
* Experience supporting
WebLogic
environments
* Proficiency in
UNIX/Linux and shell scripting
* Familiarity with
Docker
* Experience with workflow automation or process improvement initiatives
