We’re partnering with a well‑established organisation in Sandyford to hire a HR Generalist to join their growing HR team. This is a broad, hands‑on role offering strong exposure across the full employee lifecycle. What you’ll do
Support managers and employees with day‑to‑day HR queries and guidance
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, contractual changes, and off‑boarding
Support recruitment activities including advertising roles, screening candidates, and interview coordination
Maintain HR systems and employee records accurately and efficiently
Assist with payroll administration, compensation, and benefits support
Coordinate learning and development activities across the business
Support Health & Safety compliance and facility‑related queries
Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation
Who you are
2+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist
Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation
Ideally have a recognised Human Resources qualification (third level or professional qualification e.g. CIPD) or be in the process of obtaining a qualification
Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment
Experience using HR systems Oracle and Microsoft Office
