About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Research Scientist
to drive innovative research projects and contribute to scientific advancements in Switzerland.
In this role, you will design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and publish findings to support the development of new products, technologies, or scientific knowledge. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, scientific rigor, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, plan, and execute
research experiments and studies
in alignment with organizational goals.
* Analyze experimental data and interpret results using
statistical and computational methods

* Develop and optimize
methodologies, protocols, and research techniques
.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and regulatory affairs.
* Prepare and present
research reports, publications, and presentations
for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and review
scientific literature and industry trends
to inform research strategy.
* Ensure compliance with
safety, regulatory, and ethical standards
.
* Contribute to
grant applications, patents, and scientific collaborations
.
* Mentor junior researchers and interns to foster knowledge sharing and scientific development.
Qualifications
* PhD or Master's degree in
Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related scientific field
.
* 3–7 years of experience in
research, laboratory work, or applied science projects
.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in
laboratory techniques, data analysis, and scientific software/tools
.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in
cross-functional, collaborative environments
.
* Familiarity with
regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
.
* Fluent in
English
