Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Sales/Administration Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities by selling memberships and renewing/retaining existing ones
* Provide exceptional customer service by touring potential customers around the facility and encouraging sign-ups
* Engage with current and existing members through regular phone calls to inquire about their satisfaction and build long-term relationships
* Accurately record, update, monitor, and maintain membership records in software systems
* Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment and foster a positive working relationship
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, time management and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
