**Job Title:** Stables Brasserie & Bar Manager
We are currently inviting applications for a highly skilled and experienced Stables Brasserie & Bar Manager to lead the front of house team at The Stables Brasserie.
As a member of our management team, you will be instrumental in developing and fulfilling the tactical and strategic requirements for The Stables Brasserie & Bar, while executing our Food & Beverage philosophy.
Your key objective will be to create an atmosphere and culture that inspires guests to return and team members to remain. You will be responsible for the implementation, promotion, and success of The Stables operations through continual evaluation of the products and services provided, while ensuring effective ongoing training of the service teams.
You will lead and oversee a strong culture of service excellence, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and goals in line with our vision, and coordinate and oversee all aspects and functions of The Stables Brasserie.
General Responsibilities:
* Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
* Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
* Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
* Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel policies and procedures.
* Fulfill guest service standards and efficient operations as needed.
* Continually strive to develop your team in all areas of professional development.
* Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
* Manage stock and conduct regular stocktakes.
* Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the brasserie and hotels receiving policies and procedures.
* Oversee and ensure that food & beverage and brasserie policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
* Schedule team members as required by anticipated business activity.
* Communicate and train staff effectively.
* Be knowledgeable of food & beverage policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action when required.
* Develop the overall business and product, ensuring constant delivery of the highest standards of customer service in The Stables Brasserie.
* Build relationships with clients and contribute to the development of the brasserie in terms of service and business development.
