HR Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Senior Management Team in a key strategic appointment.
* This position handles end-to-end responsibility for HR, supporting a workforce primarily based in European data centres, alongside workshops on-site in Tipperary.
The successful candidate will work closely with two Directors and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, overseeing all aspects of people management, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and HR operations. Administrative support is already in place.
Skill Requirements:
1. Strong experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role
2. Demonstrable ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
