Parts Advisor Role We are seeking a career-orientated Parts Advisor to join our successful parts team.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining department housekeeping duties, dealing with inbound phone calls and online enquiries, ordering and organizing the parts stock of the dealership,& accurately identifying, locating and picking parts for Trade and Retail customers.
You will also maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone callsand email., observing compliance with BMW Ireland standards for the proper management of the parts department, delivering an efficient delivery service to all trade customers,& generating new sales opportunities by visiting potential trade customers and setting up new accounts.
Additionally,you must promote genuine Frank Keane BMW & BMW parts to trade clients through meetings,phone calls visits; Required Skills And Qualifications: Friendly customer focused disposition.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You should have an excellent communication skill set; strong product knowledge coupled with technical ability
