Quality and Compliance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining a commercially orientated, quality-driven culture.
* Operate and further develop integrated systems ensuring ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, and ISO 27001 compliance.
* Collaborate with managers and staff to address non-conformances and enhance procedures.
* Develop and deliver quality-focused training programs.
* Manage quality actions with customers and suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
* Liaise with regulatory bodies on all quality and regulatory matters.
* Oversee supplier and product onboarding ensuring market accessibility.
* Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Other Key Aspects:
* Ensure accurate calibration laboratory performance and approve accredited calibration certificates.
* Promote and protect workplace Health & Safety in line with company policies.
* Participate in management review meetings and contribute to decision-making.
