BStmt BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Crew members to enhance our guest experience. As a key part of our vibrant team, you will deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly greet and serve guests, providing an outstanding dining experience.
* Stay informed about menu items, including specials, to effectively make recommendations and address guest inquiries.
* Accurately take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.
* Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
* Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service and effective communication.
* Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
* Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure customers have the best possible experience.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Thurs- Sunday.
