We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Athlone Store .
Duties & Responsibilities Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
Communicate with and motivate the team continuously.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
Coach the team regularly to review product knowledge, company policies, and brand values.
Manage people activities in liaison with HR and senior management.
Complete regular reports for senior management.
Skills & Qualifications Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
Proven people management and team leadership abilities.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Furniture experience is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to use initiative and escalate issues appropriately to senior management.
