Description:
The role of the Health and Safety Officer is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment for employees and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a background in health and safety, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating health and safety policies, raising awareness amongst management and labour forces, and implementing requirements necessary for obligations.
The job involves organising training needed and maintaining records, reporting to the H&S manager, conducting site visits, assessments and reporting, and providing information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update health and safety policies
* Raise health and safety awareness

Requirements:
* Health and safety background with 2+ years experience
* NEBOSH certification preferred
* ISO 9001 & 14001 experience
* ROI Construction experience
* Team player with self-starting abilities
* Motivated to learn and grow
