Job Title: Service & Maintenance Coordinator

Due to expansion, the company is recruiting for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator.
This is a full-time permanent job with ideal working hours of Monday - Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries and emails.
* You will log all calls on the system and check for any new calls that may have been added.
* You will read over work reports to ensure engineers have recorded time, parts, photos, description of work, and obtained customer's signature.
* You will send customer reports after each maintenance including pictures and advising if any issues have been found.
* You will order parts and chase up parts that have been ordered.
* You will allocate all parts you ordered to the job on the system.
* You will ensure all van stock items used by engineers are added to the job under materials.
* You will organise engineers to complete the jobs booked.
* You will prepare any quotes and forward to customers within 2 days.
* You will prepare any RAMs, roof access, etc. well in advance of the job being booked and ensure all has been approved.
* You will feed back any feedback from customers, good or bad, to management.
Requirements:
* Ideally, you will have administration experience working for either a construction or engineering company.
