Payroll Specialist Role
Our organization seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to process monthly payroll for several countries across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including HR and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage multi-country payroll for the EMEA region.
* Coordinate all incoming payroll data in conjunction with ADP Service Model.
* Maintain accurate employee records and handle all third-party remittances.
* Manage employee records within Time and Labor Management System for accurate payment processing.
* Prepare and submit regular reports (e.g., gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions).
* Respond to and resolve all employee inquiries, providing a high level of customer service.
* Assist in year-end payroll balancing and reporting.
* Ensure internal audit requests related to payroll are met.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in full-cycle payroll processing for a medium to large company.
* Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel, and SAP experience is required.
* ADP Streamline experience is also a significant advantage.
