Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist- Older persons
* Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for older adults with musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related disorders.
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists to deliver patient-centred care.
* Develop tailored treatment plans to support rehabilitation and improve patients' quality of life.
* Promote early discharge from hospitals and facilitate reablement interventions for patients in the community.
This part-time position offers 17.5 hours of work per week, aligned with HSE pay scales for the appropriate Senior grade.
