Job Title: Front Office Assistant
Responsibilities: Greet guests, allocate rooms, and ensure excellent customer service at The Address Collective. This includes checking in guests, handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves administrative tasks such as balancing cash, processing charges, and reporting.
Main Duties:
* Arrive promptly in a full, clean uniform, adhering to grooming policies.
* Maintain personal and work hygiene standards.
* Follow the company's Code of Conduct and health and safety regulations.
* Check and ensure accuracy of reception floats.
* Keep work areas clean and safe.
* Register guests using their names, following procedures.
* Handle documentation for guest registration and check-out.
* Be familiar with hotel facilities, rates, and promotions.
* Offer additional guest services such as reservations and information.
* Post charges correctly onto room bills and monitor management accounts.
* Communicate professionally with colleagues and guests.
* Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Conduct security checks and report issues.
* Report maintenance problems immediately.
* Take and relay messages accurately.
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and no-shows per policy.
* Handle foreign exchange and safe deposits securely.
* Maximize in-house selling opportunities.
* Participate in training and team meetings as scheduled.
Skills: Fluent in English, proficient in Outlook, hospitality experience preferred.
