LAYA Health & Wellbeing Clinic ,Little Island in Cork are looking to expand their reception team. This role would suit someone looking to work for 39 hours per week. The suitable candidate should preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Medical or Customer Service environment. They should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.
Job Duties:
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Medical Receptionist duties include:
· Welcoming and registering patients on to the patient management system
· Ensuring a swift journey for the patients attending the clinic
· Answering a high volume of phone calls and transferring as necessary
· Managing the group email inbox
· Assisting with some radiology admin duties
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Communicating with GP's as necessary
Financial Duties:
· Collecting payments
· Submitting LAYA Insurance claims
Experience:
· Medical Receptionist 2 years (Preferred)
· Customer Service 2 years (Preferred)
· IT skills- Electronic patient records, Microsoft teams, Word, Excel (Preferred)
· Strong Communication Skills (Telephone, Email, Face to Face)
Working Hours:
· Shift times are 9.30am-10.30pm, 3 days a week Monday - Sunday
